Food Safety & Quality Assurance
In addition to specific customer requests, we take pride in our consistent Total Quality Management system that includes incoming materials, work in process/finished products monitoring and testing on a regular basis. Testing includes moisture and salt level, residual oxygen, oil peroxide values, free fatty acids, bulk density, bag fill rate, burst pressure, leakage, and several others. Instruments used to conduct such testing include Mettler Toledo Automatic Titrator, NIR, Oxygen Meter, Vacuum Chamber, Mass Balance Moisture Analyzer, Oil Extractor and Colour Meter.
