About Company

We use olive oil to replace the commonly used and low-cost canola oil for many reasons. It provides that authentic italian flavour and it has many health benefits with its vitamin E and antioxidants.

We are proud to top our pizzas with Manitoba’s favourite cheese, Bothwell cheese. These high-quality local products gives the best flavour and texture to our pizzas.

Avoiding additives in regular salt, we use the mineral-rich and hand-extracted pink himalayan salt. Providing that extra flavour profile for our pizzas.
