What you will be doing

Specific Skills
Assist in surgery and other medical procedures; Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions; Collaborate to plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate patient care; Dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician; Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions; Participate in community needs assessment and program development; Conduct disease screening; Deliver immunization programs; Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff; Provide nursing care; Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment
Work Setting
Hospital or home for the aged; Hospital/medical facility or clinic
